When you created your account on one of our websites, you were assigned a username and password. The most common problems people encounter are:
- username and password don’t match (request a password reset – a link to the reset form is usually found underneath the login form).
- users have created multiple accounts under different email addresses and are attempting to access products under another account (contact us to consolidate your accounts or search your purchase confirmation emails to determine under which email the account is held under).
Please do not attempt to simply create a new account as a means of logging in if you have purchased products from the website. Your purchased products will not be added to the new account you create. Once again, request your original username or password.
* IMPORTANT – To ensure successful login please know that the password is case sensitive. If you copy and paste the user or pass into the login form please make sure not to include any blank spaces. Your login attempt will fail if extra characters are introduced to the password.
If you have created a new account but now need to access your products in your old account you may need to clear your cookies to access your old account. Learn how to delete/clear your cookies here.
